David Rayburn, the show host, is a Baptist pastor and theologian who was a faculty member of Palm Beach Atlantic College (now University) and taught courses for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Gardner-Webb School of Divinity. He has also pastored three Baptist churches. He lives in Black Mountain, North Carolina.
